Nice S F Chronicle article about Pennsylvania Gardens and Annie Shaw

Check this out:

Annie was our inspiration and consulted with us when we were in the earliest stages of conceiving of Progress Park.

outside plants

Hello everyone,

I live down the street: 1568 Indiana St #8....I have had a roof garden for the last four years which I now have to get rid of due to a water problem on the roof.  So I would like to donate my garden to our park.  We would need some strong backs and a truck...if someone wants to come take a look let me know and I will be happy to show them to you.  I would love for them to continue to grow in our area.

Someone else want to take on watering?

I'd love to relinquish the honor for a bit. Anyone game?

Lemme know!

Thanks,

Mindy
